Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all US orders.

Delivery Times Standard shipping typically takes 8–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Lost or Stolen Packages Becoming Her Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Becoming Her Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at becomingherco@gmail.com.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number at becomingherco@gmail.com.
